Brownsugar Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 120 gr Butter
- 160 gr brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 160 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 120 ml Liquid Milk
- 100 gr Chocochips
Ganache
- 50 gr Liquid Whipping Cream
- 50 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate
How to make
- 1. Beat the butter and brown sugar until soft, add the eggs one by one, beat well
- 2. Enter the flour + baking powder alternately with the liquid milk, beat on low speed until blended.
- 3. Enter the chocochips, mix well with a spatula.
- 4. Pour into bundt cake tin, oven at 170'C 35-40 minutes until cooked. Once cooked, remove from the pan and cool on a cooling rack.
- 5. Ganache: mix the liquid whipping cream and DCC, cook in a team way until the chocolate is dissolved, pour the ganache over the cake.
