Brownsugar Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 120 gr Butter
  • 160 gr brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 160 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 120 ml Liquid Milk
  • 100 gr Chocochips

Ganache

  • 50 gr Liquid Whipping Cream
  • 50 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate

How to make

  • 1. Beat the butter and brown sugar until soft, add the eggs one by one, beat well
  • 2. Enter the flour + baking powder alternately with the liquid milk, beat on low speed until blended.
  • 3. Enter the chocochips, mix well with a spatula.
  • 4. Pour into bundt cake tin, oven at 170'C 35-40 minutes until cooked. Once cooked, remove from the pan and cool on a cooling rack.
  • 5. Ganache: mix the liquid whipping cream and DCC, cook in a team way until the chocolate is dissolved, pour the ganache over the cake.
