Ingredients:

  • 15 egg yolks (omega)

The method

  • 1. Prepare a 24 cm Tulban tin, spread margarine plus thin flour or grease the pan, no flour needed

  • 4. Bake up and down at 180 C for 10 minutes, then add the dried fruit topping, simply pull the rack from the oven and sprinkle the dried fruit and then push back the rack and bake again at 180 C at the top and bottom for 25 minutes. According to each oven, yes.
