Vanilla Sponge Cake Ingredients

- 60 gr sugar
- 5 g Vanilla Pasta
- 70 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 15 gr cornstarch
- 10 gr Milk Powder
- 55 gr Melted Margarine
- 80 gr Whipping Cream, beat until fluffy

How to make
- 1. Cake: beat eggs, emulsifier, granulated sugar and vanilla paste until it becomes thick and white with traces. Enter the mixture of flour, cornstarch, milk powder. Beat well on low speed. Enter the melted margarine, stir back with a spatula or mixer on low speed.
- 2. Pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and lightly spread with margarine.
- 3. Bake at 170'C 35 minutes until cooked. Customize individual ovens.
- 4. After the cake is cooked, let it cool and then mash it, add the whipped cream, stir until smooth and a texture can be formed.
- 5. Melt Van Houten Professional Milk Compound and Van Houten Professional White Compound (@vanhoutenprofessional.id) in a team manner. Pour into molds, then refrigerate until set.
- 6. After that put the cake that has been crushed into the mold and solidify.
- 7. Flush again with Van Houten Professional Milk Compound and Van Houten Professional White Compound (@vanhoutenprofessional.id), cool back in the refrigerator until set.
