Cream Cheese Brownies
Ingredients A (Team Sampi Melt)
- 160gr chocolate bar
- 100gr butter
- 30gr cooking oil
Material B
- 130gr sugar (blender)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp extra vanilla
Material C
- 130gr sugar (blender)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp extra vanilla
- c (sifted):
- 80gr triangular flour
- 50gr cocoa powder
Cream Cheese Layer
- 250 glazed cheese (original recipe uses cream cheese)
- 50gr granulated sugar (I used 35gr sugar)
- 1 egg
How to make;
- 1.Team ingredients A until all melted, cool to room temperature.
- 2. Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar is dissolved using a wihks. Just until it's foamy, don't let it expand. Add salt and extra vanilla, mix well again
- 3. Then add the C ingredients that have been sifted, mix well using a spatula until everything is well blended. Don't stir it too much in the oven (take 2 chocolate dough)
- 4. Put the chocolate mixture into the baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper. set aside
- 5.Cream Cheese layer: Mix the spread cheese and sugar until the sugar is dissolved and soft. Then add the eggs. Mix again until all the cheese mixture becomes soft. (Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the chocolate mixture)
- 6. Pour the cheese mixture over the chocolate mixture and decorate with the separated mixture.
- 7.Oven at 170 dercel 25-30 minutes until cooked. The oven has been preheated before
- 8. Once from the oven, remove from the pan and cool to room temperature. You can eat it right away or refrigerate it first to make it more legit good luck
