Sponge Tread Horse / Horse Tread Cake
Material 1
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 50 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 15 gr cornstarch
- 10 gr Milk Powder
- 40 ml Cooking Oil
- 40 ml Liquid Milk
Material 2
- 4 Egg Whites
- 50 gr sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Water
Additional Ingredients and Filling
- 1 tsp Mocca Pasta
- Chocolate Jam according to taste
How to Make Horse Tread Sponge
- 1. Ingredients 1: mix egg yolks, cooking oil, liquid milk, stir with a whisk until smooth. Add flour, cornstarch, milk powder, mix well.
- 2. Ingredients 2: mix egg whites with lemon juice, add sugar gradually, mix until soft peaks.
- 3. Enter the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk mixture gradually, stirring using a whisk until blended.
- 4. Take a little dough, pour the dough into a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and smeared with thin margarine. Baking size 26×26.
- 5. The rest of the dough, add 1 tsp of mocca paste, mix well, pour the mocca mixture over the white dough, mix well. Gently tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
- 6. Oven at 170'C 30 minutes until cooked.
- 7. Once cooked remove from the tin and cool.
- 8. Divide the dough into 2 parts, place on plastic wrap. Grease each piece with chocolate spread according to your taste, then fold it in half, press and compact, wrap with plastic wrap.
- 9. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour and cut into pieces according to taste.
