Marble Sponge Material

  • 5 eggs
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp sp
  • Vanilla to taste
  • 150 gr flour
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 15 grams of powdered milk
  • 100 gr butter
  • 50 ml cooking oil
  • 1 tsp chocolate paste/mocca
  • 1 tsp pandan paste

How to Make Marble Sponge

  • 1. Mix flour, cornstarch, milk, vanilla and set aside. Grease a baking sheet with margarine, sprinkle with flour, set aside. Melt butter, set aside
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 170'c, adjust each oven. Mixer eggs, sugar, sp and a mixture of flour, cornstarch, vanilla until white, thick and trailing off the mixer
  • 3. Pour in the butter and oil and mix with a spatula. Divide the dough into 3, leave one white, add pandan paste to the other and mix with mocca paste, mix well and set aside
  • 4. Pour alternately enough white dough, green and brown dough, oven until cooked
