Ingredients

  • – 100 gr blue triangle flour
  • – 100 grams of brown sugar (me: palm sugar)
  • - 2 eggs
  • – 50 miles of cooking oil
  • – 1 tbsp milk powder
  • – 1 tsp Sp
  • – 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • - enough raisins

Toppings

  • – Raisins to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mixer: Eggs, brown sugar and Sp
  • 2. Enter the flour, milk powder and vanilla powder, mix again on the lowest speed until well blended for a moment, then add the cooking oil, mix again on low speed until well blended, turn off the mixer
  • 3. Enter the raisins to taste, stir until well blended with a spatula
  • 4. Prepare a baking sheet (me: pan size 18x6cm), grease the pan with thin margarine and sprinkle with flour, put the dough into the pan, sprinkle with raisins on top
  • 5. Bake in the oven until cooked according to each oven, don't forget to preheat the oven first
