How to Make Chocolate Cheese Cake
1. Beat eggs, sugar, and SP/emulsifier until thick.
2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, and milk powder while sifting. Mixer flat on low speed for a moment.
3. Add butter and vanilla paste. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a 20x20cm tin that has been greased and lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 175C on top and bottom for 35 minutes or until cooked (depending on your oven).
6. Once cool, spread the cake with buttercream, then sprinkle grated cheese and meses on top. Then re-spuitkan enough buttercream, and put strawberries on top. Serve.
