Cake Cut Chocolate Cheese Topping
Sponge Cake Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 80 gr Sugar
- 1/2 tsp SP (emulsifier)
- 80 gr Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla paste
- 65 gr low pro flour
- 15 gr cornstarch
- 15 gr milk powder
- Topping:
- Buttercream grated cheddar cheese with strawberries
How to Make Chocolate Cheese Cake
- 1. Beat eggs, sugar, and SP/emulsifier until thick.
- 2. Enter the flour, cornstarch, and milk powder while sifting. Mixer flat on low speed for a moment.
- 3. Add butter and vanilla paste. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
- 4. Pour the batter into a 20x20cm tin that has been greased and lined with parchment paper.
- 5. Bake at 175C on top and bottom for 35 minutes or until cooked (depending on your oven).
- 6. Once cool, spread the cake with buttercream, then sprinkle grated cheese and meses on top. Then re-spuitkan enough buttercream, and put strawberries on top. Serve.
