Chocolate Pie
Leather
- 175 gr wheat flour
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 100 gr margarine
- 1 egg yolk
Ganache
- 150 gr dcc
- 50 ml full cream milk
- (In the team until the dcc dissolves with a smooth texture)
How to make
- 1. Mix all the skin ingredients, stir with a spatula until it becomes balls, knead lightly by hand until it becomes a solid dough.
- 2. Take the @20 gr dough, round it and print it on the mini tarlet set stick. Shape with the pressing tool, do it until the dough runs out.
- 3. Oven at 160° for 30 minutes/ cooked. Remove and cool.
- 4. Pour the chocolate ganache in the middle, garnish with crumble and it's ready to be served.
