Leather

  • 175 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 gr margarine
  • 1 egg yolk

Ganache

  • 150 gr dcc
  • 50 ml full cream milk
  • (In the team until the dcc dissolves with a smooth texture)

How to make

  • 1. Mix all the skin ingredients, stir with a spatula until it becomes balls, knead lightly by hand until it becomes a solid dough.
  • 2. Take the @20 gr dough, round it and print it on the mini tarlet set stick. Shape with the pressing tool, do it until the dough runs out.
  • 3. Oven at 160° for 30 minutes/ cooked. Remove and cool.
  • 4. Pour the chocolate ganache in the middle, garnish with crumble and it's ready to be served.
