Ingredients

  • 125 gr cold margarine
  • 30 g of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 160 gr wheat flour

Ganache

  • 125 gr dark chocolate
  • 50 ml UHT liquid milk
  • 1 tbsp margarine/butter

Topping

  • Almond Iris

How to make

  • 1. Beat margarine, powdered sugar and salt until smooth. Add eggs, beat briefly. Turn off the mixer.
  • 2. Pour in the flour, stir with a spatula until it becomes a solid dough (if you mix it by hand, just don't make it too strong).
  • 3. Take the dough @60 gr each, print on a square pie pan, trim the edges. Do it until it's done.
  • 4. Oven at a temperature of 150 ° up and down for 35 minutes (cooked brown) remove and let cool.
  • 5. Ganache: dark chocolate team, liquid milk and margarine until melted. Immediately pour on the pie shell, add sliced ​​almonds. Cool and ready to serve.

  • NB: If the dough is still too soft, you can add a little flour until the dough is smooth.
