Batik Roll Cake
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 90 gr sugar
- 80 gr Medium protein flour
- 15 gr cornstarch
- 10 gr milk powder
- 1 tsp Full SP
- 125 gr Butter, melt
- 30 gr cocoa powder
- 10 gr Charcoal powder / black dye
- Yellow dye
Step
- 1. Mixer eggs, sugar, flour, cornstarch, milk powder, SP until thick with traces
- 2. Take each. 2-3 tablespoons of dough, for @ yellow @ black @ white
- 3. Take the rest of the dough, divide into 2 parts, add 1 part cocoa powder, mix until smooth
- 4. Once mixed, pour into the rest of the dough, stir using a spatula
- 5. Pour in the butter and mix well
- 6. Pour the dough into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, then tap it
- 7. Decorate the surface with the dough that has been colored (you can see it in the video)
- 8. Preheat the oven
- 9. Then bake for 20 minutes, fire up and down the temperature 175-180 dc
- 10. Once cooked, remove and let cool
- 11. Then remove from the pan
- 12. Grease the surface with chocolate buttercream, roll and compact
