Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 90 gr sugar
  • 80 gr Medium protein flour
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 10 gr milk powder
  • 1 tsp Full SP
  • 125 gr Butter, melt
  • 30 gr cocoa powder
  • 10 gr Charcoal powder / black dye
  • Yellow dye

Step

  • 1. Mixer eggs, sugar, flour, cornstarch, milk powder, SP until thick with traces
  • 2. Take each. 2-3 tablespoons of dough, for @ yellow @ black @ white
  • 3. Take the rest of the dough, divide into 2 parts, add 1 part cocoa powder, mix until smooth
  • 4. Once mixed, pour into the rest of the dough, stir using a spatula
  • 5. Pour in the butter and mix well
  • 6. Pour the dough into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, then tap it
  • 7. Decorate the surface with the dough that has been colored (you can see it in the video)
  • 8. Preheat the oven
  • 9. Then bake for 20 minutes, fire up and down the temperature 175-180 dc
  • 10. Once cooked, remove and let cool
  • 11. Then remove from the pan
  • 12. Grease the surface with chocolate buttercream, roll and compact
