355 gr high pro Tep (me: twin chakras @kreasibogasari)
180 ml Water/milk (me: milk)
115 gr sweetened condensed milk
6 gr Yeast
3 g salt
30 gr Butter (me: baker's mix Anchor @anchor_indonesia )
red, green, yellow, blue food coloring
Method
1. Mix liquid milk and sweetened condensed milk, add yeast, mix well, add flour, knead until half smooth, add salt and butter, knead until elastic (windowpane test).
2. Divide the dough into 4, each is colored, knead until the color is even, rest for 1 hour
3. Deflate, remove all air bubbles / bubbles, round and rest 10min.
4. Take the red dough, flatten it, roll it lengthwise, do the same to the blue, yellow and green dough. Then stack and roll.
5. Arrange in a 20x10x10cm pan that has been buttered or on a baking sheet. Let rest until it rises to the lip of the pan, about 1 hour (depending on the weather)
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 25-30min or until cooked (adjust to your oven)
7. Once cooked, remove from the pan, brush on top with butter, let it cool before cutting.
