Ingredients

  • 300 gr High Protein Flour
  • 40 gr sugar
  • 5 gr Instant Yeast
  • 30 gr Margarine
  • 180 ml Liquid Milk (approximately, adjust to the state of the dough)

Stuffing

  • 2 Tablespoons Palm Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • Raisins to taste

Spread

  • Liquid Milk to taste

Sprinkled

  • Black Sesame, White to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, instant yeast, sugar. Mixer until well blended.
  • 2. Enter the liquid milk slowly, mixer until the dough comes together.
  • 3. Enter margarine and salt, mixer until half smooth.
  • 4. Round the dough, rest 15 minutes, then flatten the dough and roll out.
  • 5. Sprinkle with palm sugar, cinnamon and raisins, then roll out the dough.
  • 6. Arrange on a loaf pan that has been smeared with thin margarine, rest the dough for 60 minutes until it expands.
  • 7. Brush the surface of the bread with liquid milk, sprinkle with sesame. Oven 180'C For 30-35 minutes.
  • 8. Once cooked, let cool and cut into pieces.
