Ingredients

  • 200 gr High Protein Flour
  • 100 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 6 gr Instant Yeast
  • 30 gr sugar
  • 25 gr Milk Powder
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 35 gr Margarine
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 180 ml Water

Upholstery

  • 150 gr Panir Flour
  • Enough water

Toppings

  • Powdered sugar to taste
  • Melt Dark Cooking Chocolate according to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, powdered milk, mix well. Add egg yolks and water, knead until the dough comes together.
  • 2. Enter margarine and salt, knead until elastic, round the dough.
  • 3. Immediately divide the dough into 20 pieces, each weighing about 30 gr. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and dusted with flour, rest 15 minutes.
  • 4. Prepare a bowl filled with enough water, after that make a hole in the center of the donut, dip the donut in the water then immediately roll it into the breadcrumbs, do this until the dough runs out.
  • 5. Rest the donuts for 30 minutes until they have doubled in size.
  • 6. Fry the donuts over low heat until cooked, just turning once. Lift and drain.
  • 7. Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and melted DCC.
