Crispy Donuts
Ingredients
- 200 gr High Protein Flour
- 100 gr Medium Protein Flour
- 6 gr Instant Yeast
- 30 gr sugar
- 25 gr Milk Powder
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 35 gr Margarine
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 180 ml Water
Upholstery
- 150 gr Panir Flour
- Enough water
Toppings
- Powdered sugar to taste
- Melt Dark Cooking Chocolate according to taste
How to make
- 1. Mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, powdered milk, mix well. Add egg yolks and water, knead until the dough comes together.
- 2. Enter margarine and salt, knead until elastic, round the dough.
- 3. Immediately divide the dough into 20 pieces, each weighing about 30 gr. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and dusted with flour, rest 15 minutes.
- 4. Prepare a bowl filled with enough water, after that make a hole in the center of the donut, dip the donut in the water then immediately roll it into the breadcrumbs, do this until the dough runs out.
- 5. Rest the donuts for 30 minutes until they have doubled in size.
- 6. Fry the donuts over low heat until cooked, just turning once. Lift and drain.
- 7. Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and melted DCC.
