Material A

  • 240 gr unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 200 gr sugar in a blender
  • 240 g beaten eggs

Ingredients B(matcha)

  • 55 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 5 gr matcha powder
  • 25 gr white chocolate
  • Glaze: 50 gr melted white chocolate + matcha powder

Material C(chocolate)

  • 50 gr wheat flour
  • 10 gr cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 10 gr chopped dcc
  • Glaze: 50 gr melted DCC + chopped almonds

Ingredients D (vanilla beans)

  • 60 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 stick of vanilla bean take the powder

Ingredient E(lemon Pound Cake)

  • 60 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
  • 15 gr lemon juice
  • Glaze 50 grams of powdered sugar + 7 grams of lemon juice mix together

How to make

  • -mix ingredients A except eggs until evenly distributed on medium speed
  • -Pour the eggs little by little (divide into 4 times) after evenly, then pour it again at high speed
  • -Divide the dough into 4 parts and mix well then mix with each dough, stir with a spatula
  • -Put it into the piping bang of each dough, then put it in the fridge
  • - Grease the mold in the form of a cube with butter, then fill it with dough up to 3/4 parts then bake it in an oven that has been preheated at 180 °C for 15 minutes and fire on the bottom for 5 minutes or according to each oven
  • -do all the dough until it runs out
  • -Once cooked, let it cool, then wrap each cake with plastic wrap and store it in the freezer
  • -then give glaze topping and sprinkles according to taste
