Donuts
Ingredients
- 300 gr high pro trigu flour (can be mixed with medium pro too)
- 50 g of sugar.
- 1 egg yolk.
- tsp BP.
- 180 ml of liquid milk.
- 4 g instant yeast.
- 30 gr margarine.
- Sufficient bamboo chopsticks.
- TOPPING: Powdered sugar donuts.
How to make
- 1. Mix all ingredients (except margarine) with a mixer or knead until half smooth. Then add margarine. Knead/mixer until smooth and elastic.
- 2. Round the dough. Then divide the dough with each @ 40 gr. Round it up neatly. do it until it's done. Take the first dough ball. The oval shape is slightly long, then wrap it around the bamboo chopsticks. Place in a baking dish or container that has been dusted with flour. Do it until done.
- 3. Cover the dough with cloth or plastic. Leave to rise for about 35-45 minutes. (Depends on each room temperature).
- 4. Heat a bit of oil over medium to low heat.
- 5. Fry the donuts until cooked just enough to turn. Lift and drain. After it's warm, coat it with donut sugar. ENJOY..
