Blueberry Cheese Danish
Cheese Filling Ingredients
- ️200 gr cream cheese
- ️40 gr powdered sugar
- ️1 egg yolk
- ️1 tsp vanilla paste
How to Make Filling
- Mix all the ingredients, then mix until well blended
Other Ingredients
- Instant puff pastry 2 sheets uk @ 20cm
- enough frozen blueberries
Final Making Method
- ️(cut into 2x20cm size. 2 pieces are connected together so that the size becomes 2x40cm). Then twist in a spiral and roll.
- ️Put 1 tbsp cheese filling in the middle, then add blueberries
- ️ Brush the surface of the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with vanilla sugar
- ️ Bake in a preheated oven at 220⁰C on top and bottom for 20-25 minutes
- ️Once cooked, remove from the oven, sprinkle with icing sugar
