Ingredients

  • – -+ 17 lotus biscuits
  • – 50gr whip cream powder
  • – 100ml cold water
  • – 35gr lotus biscoff spread
  • – coffee water: 1 tsp coffee + 1 tsp sugar + 50 ml hot water, mix well
  • Topping: lotus biscuit crumbs

Method

  • - prepare coffee water set aside
  • – Mixer / beat the whipcream powder with cold water until it becomes creamy
  • – add lotus biscoff spread, mix again until combined
  • - pour into a piping bag and give the syringe the shape according to your taste (you can use a syringe or not)
  • – prepare a dessert box/cup
  • – Dip the biscuits into the coffee water, remove them then arrange them in a dessert cup
  • - spray whip cream on it
  • – Dip the biscuits again into the coffee water and arrange them back on top of the whipcream
  • – spray whip cream
  • – and repeat 1 more biscuit then whipcream
  • - top with crumbs of biscuits
  • - chill in the refrigerator
  • – ready to serve
