Economical Tiger Sponge
Ingredients
- 165 gr low protein flour
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 2 tbsp SKM
- 135 gr sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp SP
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 150 gr melted margarine
- Mocha pasta
- Chocolate paste
How to make
- Beat eggs, sugar, SP until fluffy, add flour, milk & vanilla, beat on low soeed as long as you mix, then add melted butter, mix well
- Pour into a 20cm or 22cm tin that has been greased and sprinkled with flour,
- Bake at 140-150°C, top and bottom fire for 40 minutes..
