Ingredients

  • - 3 eggs
  • – 1/2 tsp SP
  • – 150 grams of sugar
  • – 100 gr low protein flour
  • – 25 grams of powdered milk
  • – 1/4 tsp vanilla larome milk
  • – 75 ml of liquid milk
  • – 75 ml vegetable oil

How to make

  • – in a bowl: add eggs, sugar and sp. Beat with high speed until white & thick
  • - Enter the dry ingredients that have been mixed & sifted. Beat slowly on low speed
  • - Pour the liquid milk & oil. Stir well
  • - divide the dough into several parts. Drops with 1 kind of color. Make the dough starting from a sharp color to a light color (just make 5 layers)
  • - Pour the batter with the sharpest color into the pan, steam for 10 minutes then pour the next layer. Steam each 10 minutes. The last layer is steamed for 20 minutes
  • - turn off the stove. Flip the cake
  • – serve
