Fudgy Brownies Shiny Crust
Ingredients
- . 3 eggs
- . 225 gram chocolate bar/dark chocolate
- . 225 grams of powdered sugar
- . 75 grams of margarine
- . 60ml cooking oil/vegetable oil
- . 150 grams of wheat flour
- . 50 grams of cocoa powder
- . 1 small vanilla bean (optional)
How to make
- 1. Melt the chocolate bar, margarine and vegetable oil. If it is already liquid, you want it first, then make the next dough
- 2. prepare a large basin or bowl. Add eggs and powdered sugar. Beat with a whisk until the sugar is dissolved
- 3. When the sugar has dissolved, add the melted chocolate margarine and the melted vegetable oil. Stir well
- 4. If it is flat, add the flour and cocoa powder that were previously sifted first. Stir well
- 5. Prepare a 20×20 cm tin that has been previously coated with margarine or butter
- 6. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. While letting the dough rest, heat the tangkring oven over high heat
- 7. if it's been 10 minutes enter the pan. Bake for 10 minutes on high heat
- 8. If it's been 10 minutes, reduce the heat to medium, it tends to be small, cook for about 30 to 30 minutes or until it's cooked
