Green Choco Cake

Material A

  • 450 gr egg white
  • 230 gr sugar
  • 15 gr cake emulsifier
  • tsp vanilla paste

Material B

  • 220 gr medium protein flour
  • 30 g powdered milk
  • 20 gr cornstarch

Material C

  • 130 Gr Margarine, Melted

Material D

  • 5 grams of chocolate pasta
  • Light green coloring to taste
  • (sy pandan paste)

Method

  • ️Whisk until fluffy & thick.
  • ️Insert , beat on medium speed until evenly mixed.
  • ️Enter , mix well.
  • Divide the dough into 3 parts, add , namely:
  • 1 part of the dough remains white
  • 1 part topped with chocolate pasta
  • 1 part colored light green
  • ️Pour the dough, white, brown & green alternately on 1 tulban Teflon pan Diameter 24 cm high 10 cm that has been polished with white butter or greased baking sheet (I carlo homemade)
  • ️Bake in oven at 170°C for 45-50 minutes. (adjust with oven msg2)
  • (sy ️ -𝟖𝟖𝟑𝟎 temperature 180°C for 50 min)
