Ingredients

  • 500 gr high pro flour
  • 7gr instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 375 – 400 ml ice water / cold water

How to cook

  • 1. Knead the ingredients, except for the water, add little by little. I only use 375 ml of water.
  • 2. Make a round, put in the bowl and cover with plastic cling, let stand 50 minutes
  • 3. Divide into 2 parts, round again, enter the bowl and close the plastic cling again. Then put it in the fridge for about 12 hours
  • 4. Dough is ready to use, you like pizza toppings depending on your family's favorites. I'm sure it's pepperoni, mozzarella, olive and mushrooms..yummyy bangeett.. Oh yeah, oven at 200/170 for 20 minutes or so.
  • 5. This dough is soft but a bit sticky, so when kneading after fermentation, you must sprinkle flour on the table.
