Material 1

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 85 gr sugar
  • 6 g emulsifier (approximately 1 tsp less)

Material 2

  • 45 gr low protein flour
  • 13 gr cornstarch
  • 13 g milk powder

Material 3

  • 20 gr low protein flour
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • 6 gr cornstarch
  • 6 grams of powdered milk
  • Chocolate paste (optional, if the color is not dark enough)

Other Ingredients

  • 150 gr butter mix margarine melt
  • (1/3 for chocolate dough, 2/3 for plain dough)

  • Chocolate Peanut Butter

How to Make Horse Tread Cake

  • 1. Whisk ingredients 1 sd expand, thick trails, then take 1/3 of it. Set aside.

  • 7. Bake for 20-25 temperature 170C fire up and down.
  • 8. Remove, cool, divide into 2, spread each with chocolate jam, fold.
