Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 tsp SP
- pinch of salt
- 70 gr wheat flour
- 20 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 70 gr dcc, melt
- 100 ml vegetable oil
Topping
- Buttercream
- Chocolate Meises
How to make
- 1. Beat eggs, sugar, SP and salt until white and thick fluffy.
- 2. Lower the speed, add the flour, cornstarch and cocoa powder, mix well.
- 3. Pour into a concave square tin, smooth. Pre-heat oven at 170 for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
- 4. Decorate according to taste.
