Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • pinch of salt
  • 70 gr wheat flour
  • 20 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 70 gr dcc, melt
  • 100 ml vegetable oil

Topping

  • Buttercream
  • Chocolate Meises

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, sugar, SP and salt until white and thick fluffy.
  • 2. Lower the speed, add the flour, cornstarch and cocoa powder, mix well.
  • 3. Pour into a concave square tin, smooth. Pre-heat oven at 170 for 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • 4. Decorate according to taste.
