Jumput Cempedak
Ingredients
- 500 gr cempedak meat
- 5 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fiber cream
- pinch of salt
- Enough water
The method
- 1.In a container, mix all ingredients except the cempedak. Stir well, add a little water until the dough is thick.
- 2. Then add the cempedak meat, mix well. Take a spoonful of the batter and fry it in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
- 3. Then lift and serve with black coffee
