Ingredients

  • 500 gr cempedak meat
  • 5 tbsp wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp fiber cream
  • pinch of salt
  • Enough water

The method

  • 1.In a container, mix all ingredients except the cempedak. Stir well, add a little water until the dough is thick.
  • 2. Then add the cempedak meat, mix well. Take a spoonful of the batter and fry it in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  • 3. Then lift and serve with black coffee
