Glutinous Coating Material

  • 550 gr glutinous rice, wash and then soak
  • 250 ml of liquid coconut milk, which has been cooked

Step

  • 1. Cook the water and talang flowers, until they are dark blue, remove and strain

Brown Sugar Coating

  • 750 ml coconut milk a little thick tsp
  • 250 gr brown sugar, comb
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 15 gr cornstarch
  • 20 gr Rice Flour

Solution

  • Pan size 18x18x7cm
  • 1. Pour 150 ml of brown sugar mixture over the bottom layer / glutinous rice
  • 2. Cook for 10 minutes, do it until all the dough is HBs
  • 3. After the last layer, steam for 15 minutes, then remove to cool
