Donut Ingredients

  • 250 gr high protein flour
  • 30 g butter
  • 120 ml warm liquid milk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Cream Ingredients

  • 200 gr whipping cream powder
  • 400 ml cold water
  • Sufficient sweet condensed milk

How to make

  • 1.In a glass Enter the sugar, yeast, warm liquid milk, stir until well blended, let stand until the yeast is active (frothy).
  • 2.In a bowl, prepare flour, eggs, add yeast, mix until smooth, add butter, knead again until elastic.
  • Round the dough, cover with a clean cloth, let stand until doubled in size.
  • 3. Deflate the dough, divide into 10 parts, round the dough until it runs out, cover again with a cloth for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Take the dough, flatten it, cover it again and let it rest until it has doubled in size.
  • Fry the donuts until golden brown, set aside.
  • 5.Mixer whiping cream and cold water, mix until cream is stiff.
  • 6. Take 1 doant, slice in the middle, give enough skim, smooth it out, then add whipping cream to taste, trim with a spatula.
