Almond Nut Cake Ingredients

  • 150 gr low protein roasted flour (required to roast it.)
  • 50 gr powdered milk
  • 25 gr cornstarch
  • 100 gr almond powder
  • 50 gr peanut butter
  • 150 gr cold butter (I use full butter)
  • 100 gr powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks

Spread & Topping

  • 2 pcs kutel
  • Slice almonds

How to Make Almond Cookies

  • - Mix the butter & powdered sugar with a wooden spoon, then add the egg yolks and mix until smooth.
  • -Add peanut butter, mix well, then almond powder, milk powder, flour & cornstarch... stir until smooth and then print
  • -bake on medium heat for about 130-140c top and bottom fire for 30 minutes (if using someone put the top shelf)
  • - Remove to cool, then brush 2x egg yolk. Sprinkle almond slices, bake again at 130 C, fire up and down for 15 minutes. Remove..
  • Wait until it's really cold before entering the jar..
