Kiwi Pie
Leather
- 100 gr butter
- 175 gr wheat flour
- 20 g of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp ice water
Material Vla
- 250 ml Liquid Milk
- 45 gr sugar
- 25 gr cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 kiwi fruit, blender until smooth.
- green dye
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- pinch of salt
- Topping: sliced kiwi fruit
How to Make Skin
- 1. Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter. Stir until the texture is like sand. Add ice water, mix well. Round and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 2. Print on a 16 cm diameter baking dish, pierce the bottom with a fork.
- 3. Oven with a temperature of 160⁰ C until cooked in a preheated oven.
- 4. Lift, remove from the mold.
How to Make Vla
- 1. Dissolve cornstarch with liquid milk, mix well, add salt and sugar
- 2. Heat while continuing to stir until it starts to foam.
- 3.Take 1/3 of the liquid, pour it into another container, add the egg yolk, mix well and then put it back into the mixture number 2, stir - stir, add the mashed kiwi and green coloring to taste. Stir until thick and bubbling.
- 3. Turn off the heat, add the vanilla, add the butter, mix well.
- 4. Can be covered with plastic until it's time to use.
- 5. Pour the vla into the pie shell, smooth, decorate with kiwi fruit pieces.
