Lapis Red And White
Ingredients
- – 150 gr tapioca flour
- – 75 grams of wheat flour
- – 200 gr sugar
- – 600 ml of cooked coconut milk
- – 1/4 tsp salt
- – red dye
How to make
- - mix all ingredients, stir until there are no lumps
- - divide the two dough evenly, one part drops with red dye
- - heat the steamer over medium heat, grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of oil
- - Pour 1 tablespoon of white layer vegetables, cook for 5 minutes, cover the steamer with a cloth so that water does not seep in.
