Ingredients

  • – 150 gr tapioca flour
  • – 75 grams of wheat flour
  • – 200 gr sugar
  • – 600 ml of cooked coconut milk
  • – 1/4 tsp salt
  • – red dye

How to make

  • - mix all ingredients, stir until there are no lumps
  • - divide the two dough evenly, one part drops with red dye
  • - heat the steamer over medium heat, grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of oil
  • - Pour 1 tablespoon of white layer vegetables, cook for 5 minutes, cover the steamer with a cloth so that water does not seep in.
  • - pour back the red layer, cook for 5 minutes.
  • - do the same thing alternately until both dough runs out
  • - Finally, when all the dough is used up, steam again for about 15 minutes.
