Lotus Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 150 gr lotus jam
  • 200-210 gr blue key flour
  • 100 gr powdered sugar
  • 60 gr vegetable oil (I use olive oil)
  • Finely Blended Lotus Biscuits For Sprinkling..

Method

  • Mix lotus jam with powdered sugar until smooth using a spatula, add flour.. mix until smooth then add oil, mix with hands with gloves so it doesn't stick.. Pulung round like making nastar.. Bake with low heat only at around 140°c for about 40-50 minutes.. take it out, still hot, put it in a biscuit that has been blended and sifted.. roll it over until it's all covered in biscuits..
