Melted Cheese Cookie Ingredients

  • 100 gr salted butter (me: anchor)
  • 50 gr margarine (me: blueband)
  • 40 g of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 160 gr blue triangle flour (sifted)
  • 25g grated cheddar cheese (refrigerate for about 1 hour until it dries)

Topping

  • Cheddar Cheese (Grated)

How to Make Melted Cheese Cookies

  • 1. Low speed mixer of butter, margarine, powdered sugar, and salt until well blended. (about 1 minute)
  • 2. Enter the dry grated cheese, mixer again for a moment as long as it is smooth.
  • 3. Add flour, mix well using a spatula.
  • 4. Put into a plastic triangle, syringe into a baking sheet that has been greased and lined with parchment paper. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top as a topping.
  • 5. Bake at 150C for 35-40 minutes or until cooked (adjust your oven).
