Melted Cheese Cookie Ingredients
- 100 gr salted butter (me: anchor)
- 50 gr margarine (me: blueband)
- 40 g of powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 160 gr blue triangle flour (sifted)
- 25g grated cheddar cheese (refrigerate for about 1 hour until it dries)
Topping
- Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
How to Make Melted Cheese Cookies
- 1. Low speed mixer of butter, margarine, powdered sugar, and salt until well blended. (about 1 minute)
- 2. Enter the dry grated cheese, mixer again for a moment as long as it is smooth.
- 3. Add flour, mix well using a spatula.
- 4. Put into a plastic triangle, syringe into a baking sheet that has been greased and lined with parchment paper. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top as a topping.
- 5. Bake at 150C for 35-40 minutes or until cooked (adjust your oven).
