Ingredients

  • 125 gr Glutinous Flour Deli Ball
  • 25 gr Rice Flour Deli Ball
  • 100 gr grated coconut
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 125-150 ml of warm coconut milk
  • Pandan paste to taste
  • Cooking oil

Sugar Besta

  • 100 gr Deli BALL Refined Sugar
  • 4 tbsp water

How to make

  • 1. Cook the coconut milk and pandan paste not to boil, remove and let cool.
  • 2. Mix BALL Deli Rice Flour, BALL Deli Rice Flour, grated coconut and salt. Pour the coconut milk little by little, while lightly knead until the dough can be shaped.
  • 2. Take a little dough, shape according to oval. Fry until cooked, remove and drain.
  • 3. Besta: cook the Deli BALL of Refined Sugar and water until thickened and foamy, add the brittle. Stir over low heat until the sugar dries and is gritty, remove and serve.
