Pandan Frame Cake Ingredients

  • 350 ml thick coconut milk + 6 pandan leaves in a blender then strain
  • 4 medium size eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 150 gr sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 gr wheat flour
  • 50 gr melted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp pandan paste (to taste)
  • pinch of salt

How to Make Pandan Frame Cake

  • -prepare a square tin lined with parchment paper, spread thinly with cooking oil
  • -stir with a balloon whisk, eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla powder until well blended then add SKM, mix well and add flour, mix well
  • - Enter the coconut milk little by little while stirring then add the melted margarine, mix well
  • -Add pandan paste, mix well and then strain
  • -Pour into a baking dish and bake at 180° roast until cooked and yellowish
  • -Raise and serve
