Ingredients

  • 200ml coconut water
  • 300 ml liquid milk
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • 30 grams of margarine
  • 50 ml SKM
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Material B

  • Young coconut meat
  • pinch of salt

Material C

  • 2 egg whites
  • 15 grams of sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Toppings

  • Cinnamon Powder
  • Raisins
  • Almond slice

Method

  • 1. Mix all ingredients A, except egg yolks, margarine and vanilla paste, cook all ingredients over low heat until thickened, then add egg yolks and vanilla paste, mix well until smooth.
  • 2. Enter the coconut that has been steamed for a while, add the raisins, stir until well blended.
  • 3. Mixer egg whites, add lime juice, and sugar, mixer until soft peak
  • 4. Pour the egg whites into the klappertaart dough, add the raisins, cinnamon powder, and roasted almonds using the Au Bein Marie system for about 30 minutes.
