Peanut Cheese Pie
Leather (8pcs Pie)
- 150gr wheat flour
- 80gr margarine
- 30g powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
How to make
- 1.In a bowl mix margarine and powdered sugar with a fork, add vanilla and kutel. Add flour, stir until lumpy. Knead until smooth.
- 2. Print the pie, pierce the bottom with a fork.
- 3. Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes at 150°C in the preheated oven until cooked. Chill.
- 1. Beat creamcheese and powdered sugar, add melted peanut butter. Shake well. Add whipped cream. Stir well.
- 2. Put the stuffing into the plastic triangle, the syringe in the pie shell. Add toppings according to taste. Store in refrigerator, serve cold.
Stuffing Ingredients
- 120gr cream cheese at room temperature
- 20g powdered sugar
- 1.5 tbsp peanut butter, steamed until melted
- 75ml liquid whip cream, beat until stiff
