113gr cold butter, cut into small pieces (I used anchor)
60gr oats (I used blue quaker)
80gr raisins
160-180ml buttermilk (liquid milk with 1 tablespoon lime/lemon juice)
How to Make Raisin Oatmeal Scones (Starbucks Style)
1. Make buttermilk: liquid milk (I dissolved 2 tablespoons of powdered milk with lukewarm water to 160ml) add 1 tablespoon of lime juice, stir and let sit for 15 minutes until thickened
2. Mix flour, salt, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, mix well
3. Enter the cold butter, stir using a pastry knife or chopper or you can use 2 knives until the grains are like coarse sand (not too fine)
4. Enter the oats and raisins, mix well
5. Add the buttermilk little by little until the dough can be kneaded (you don't need to use all of the buttermilk, just adjust it according to the dough)
6. Put flour on your hands and base so that the dough doesn't stick, round and flatten it (diameter 18cm) cut into 8 parts, place on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 190C for 20-25 minutes.
