Sausage Ring Bread Ingredients

  • 10 powdered milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 5 g yeast
  • 1/4 tsp bread improver
  • 100 ml full cream liquid milk (60 ml full cream milk plus 40 ml cold water)
  • 50 gr margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Bread ring size W: 10cm D: 6.5cm

Topping Ingredients

  • Beef sausage
  • Cheese
  • Oregano
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato sauce

How to Make Sausage Rings

  • 1. Mix all dry ingredients, mix well except salt and margarine
  • 2. Enter the milk, cold water, and eggs stir / knead until smooth using hands
  • 3. Enter the butter, salt, knead until half smooth, rest the dough for 15 minutes, the dough is ready to be formed
  • 4. Cut and weigh the dough into 10 parts, flatten it, pinch it so that the folds are stronger, put it in an oval ring mold that has been smeared with margarine, top with sausage, rest / until it doubles in size, top with mayonnaise sauce, cheese, oregano
  • 5. Bake at 180 delci for 25 minutes, fire at 150 delci for 15 minutes, when cooked, spread thinly with margarine.
