Steamed Rice Flour Cake
Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 140 gr rice flour
- 70 gr liquid milk
- 20 gr Vegetable/frying oil
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 5 Egg whites
- 1/2 tsp orange/lemon juice
- 60 gr sugar (me: 75gr)
Step
- 1. Heat the steamer
- 2. Prepare a 13-15 cm diameter baking sheet, line it with baking paper
- 3. Combine egg yolks, flour, milk, and oil, mix well
- 4. Mix the egg whites and sugar then add the orange/lemon juice
- 5. Enter the egg whites into the flour mixture, stir again
- 6. Pour the batter into the pan, cover with aluminum foil, then steam for 50 minutes
- 7. Once cooked, lift and remove the cake from the pan
