Steamed Rice Flour Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 140 gr rice flour
  • 70 gr liquid milk
  • 20 gr Vegetable/frying oil
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 5 Egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp orange/lemon juice
  • 60 gr sugar (me: 75gr)

Step

  • 1. Heat the steamer
  • 2. Prepare a 13-15 cm diameter baking sheet, line it with baking paper
  • 3. Combine egg yolks, flour, milk, and oil, mix well
  • 4. Mix the egg whites and sugar then add the orange/lemon juice
  • 5. Enter the egg whites into the flour mixture, stir again
  • 6. Pour the batter into the pan, cover with aluminum foil, then steam for 50 minutes
  • 7. Once cooked, lift and remove the cake from the pan
