Cheese Bread
Material A
- 390gr high protein flour
- 270gr (liquid milk 1 egg large/2 small size 30gr whip cream powder)
- 15gr milk powder
- 45 gr sugar
- 1.5 tsp instant yeast
Material B
- 45gr butter/margarine
- 2 pinches of salt
Material C
- 90gr Grated Cheese
How to make
- 1. Mix ingredient A, knead until 1/2 smooth, add ingredient B, knead until elastic, add ingredient C, knead until well blended
- 2. Round the dough, cover and let it rise until doubled (1 hour)
- 3. Deflate the dough, roll it out, roll it up and place it on a loaf/bread pan, let it rise (45 minutes)
- 4. Bake in the oven at 175C for 25 minutes / adjust to each oven.
