Choban Jumbo Bread
Ingredients
- 375 gr high pro flour
- 175 ml cold water
- 125 gr SKM
- 5 g yeast
- 35 g butter
- –
- Filling: Banana taro, Chocolate filling, cheese
- Mises and cheese topping
Step
- 1. Add flour, SKM, milk, yeast, water, and butter until smooth and elastic.
- 2. Let it rest for 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
- 3. Divide the dough into 3 parts
- 4. Round it, then roll it, fill it with banana cheese and chocolate then place it on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, let it rise again until it has doubled
- 5. Brush the surface with liquid milk
- 6. put chocolate mises and cheese on it,
- 7. Preheat the oven to 175c
- 8. Bake for 20 minutes fire up and down until cooked or according to each oven
- 9 . Once cooked, grease the surface of the bread with butter
