Ingredients

  • 375 gr high pro flour
  • 175 ml cold water
  • 125 gr SKM
  • 5 g yeast
  • 35 g butter
  • Filling: Banana taro, Chocolate filling, cheese
  • Mises and cheese topping

Step

  • 1. Add flour, SKM, milk, yeast, water, and butter until smooth and elastic.
  • 2. Let it rest for 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
  • 3. Divide the dough into 3 parts
  • 4. Round it, then roll it, fill it with banana cheese and chocolate then place it on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper, let it rise again until it has doubled
  • 5. Brush the surface with liquid milk
  • 6. put chocolate mises and cheese on it,
  • 7. Preheat the oven to 175c
  • 8. Bake for 20 minutes fire up and down until cooked or according to each oven
  • 9 . Once cooked, grease the surface of the bread with butter
