Chocolate And Sausage Stuffed Bread
Material A
- – 200gr high pro flour (chakra)
- – 45gr flour pro medium (triangle)
- – 45gr sugar
- – 6gr instant yeast
- – 15gr milk powder
- – 180ml milk = 1 egg + 20gr whipcream powder + cold liquid milk
Material B
- – 30gr butter / margarine
- – 2gr salt
Method
- – mixer ingredients A until smooth
- - add ingredients B mixer until elastic
- – divide into 8 parts (weighed to be even), round it up
- – Roll it lengthwise and give the filling, then roll it, the bottom is in the form of lines then roll it again, pinch the ends so that they stick, arrange in the bread cup
