1 Cook coconut milk, sugar, salt, margarine & pandan leaves until boiling. Remove pandan leaves & set aside until warm
2 Enter the flour, vanilla & eggs into the coconut milk. Stir until smooth & no lumps
Finally, add bananas & cheddar cheese, stir until smooth
4 Heat the mold, spread with margarine until smooth. Enter the dough & top with sliced bananas, cook over low heat until cooked (turn the top side if you like both sides brown)
5 Before lifting, spread margarine thinly, remove & serve
