Banjar Banana Bread Ingredients

  • 400ml medium thick coconut milk
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pandan leaf
  • 200gr medium protein flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 large chicken egg / 2 small chicken eggs
  • 7 kepok bananas, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
  • Yellow food coloring (optional)

How to Make Banjar Banana Bread

  • 1 Cook coconut milk, sugar, salt, margarine & pandan leaves until boiling. Remove pandan leaves & set aside until warm
  • 2 Enter the flour, vanilla & eggs into the coconut milk. Stir until smooth & no lumps
  • Finally, add bananas & cheddar cheese, stir until smooth
  • 4 Heat the mold, spread with margarine until smooth. Enter the dough & top with sliced ​​bananas, cook over low heat until cooked (turn the top side if you like both sides brown)
  • 5 Before lifting, spread margarine thinly, remove & serve
