Oreo Chocolate Roll Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 80gr margarine, melted (me: butter anchor)
- 60gr sugar
- 30gr wheat flour
- 10gr cocoa powder
- 10gr milk powder
- 10g cornstarch
- 1 tsp tbm/sp
- 1 tsp chocolate paste
Filling
- 50gr whip cream powder
- 100 ml cold liquid milk
- Oreo cookie crumbs
- >>>whisk whip cream powder and cold liquid milk, add oreo biscuit crumbs
How to make
- 1. Sift all dry ingredients. In a bowl, mix eggs, tbm/sp, granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, milk powder and cornstarch. Mixer on high speed until thick.
- 2. Add margarine, stir briefly. Then add the chocolate paste. Stir again until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- 3. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper. Bake the dough in the oven at 180°C (me: 150°C galaxy signora oven) for 25-30 minutes. Make sure the oven is preheated.
- 4. If it is cooked, immediately remove the cake from the pan. Comb the edges of the pan with a knife for easy removal. Turn the cake upside down, line the baking paper. Chill.
- 5. Give filling. Roll the cake slowly, making sure the roll is tight. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve.
