1. Sift all dry ingredients. In a bowl, mix eggs, tbm/sp, granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, milk powder and cornstarch. Mixer on high speed until thick.
2. Add margarine, stir briefly. Then add the chocolate paste. Stir again until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
3. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and lined with baking paper. Bake the dough in the oven at 180°C (me: 150°C galaxy signora oven) for 25-30 minutes. Make sure the oven is preheated.
4. If it is cooked, immediately remove the cake from the pan. Comb the edges of the pan with a knife for easy removal. Turn the cake upside down, line the baking paper. Chill.
5. Give filling. Roll the cake slowly, making sure the roll is tight. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve.
