Monogram Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 tsp SP
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 80 gr wheat flour
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 80 gr margarine, melted
Topping
- Buttercream
- Yupi Candy
- candy bead
How to make
- 1. Whisk eggs, sugar, SP and vanilla paste until thick and traily.
- 2. Lower the speed to low, add the flour, milk powder and cornstarch, beat briefly as long as it's smooth. Pour melted margarine, stir again with a spatula.
- 3. Grease a ring love uk 26×21 cm, grease with margarine and cover with parchment paper, oven at 175° for 40 minutes/ cooked. Remove and chill
- 4. Divide the cake into 2 parts, add buttercream and stack. Give more buttercream, decorate according to taste. Ready to be served.
