Moringa Cheese Muffin
Material A (Wet)
- 2 medium size eggs
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 250 ml liquid milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice/vinegar (buttermilk)
- 40 g melted butter
- 40 g vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
Ingredients B (Dry) Sift, set aside
- 300 gr low protein flour
- 2 tbsp moringa powder
- tsp cardamom powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- tsp salt
Material C
- 150 Diced Cheddar Cheese
How to make
- 1. Mix all the ingredients A in a bowl, then pour half of the ingredients B, stir, then put the rest of the ingredients B back in, stir again.
- 2. Enter the pieces of cheese into the dough (reserving a little for the topping), then stir again, do not need to stir too long.
- 3. Keep it in the chiller for 30 minutes
- 4. Preheat oven at 180⁰ C for 15 minutes
- 5. Pour the batter into the tin, then bake at 180⁰C on top and bottom for 17-20 minutes
- 6. Once cooked, remove from the oven.
- Ready to be served
Note
- • The amount of granulated sugar can be added if it's not sweet enough
- • if you want a greener color, you can add 1 tablespoon of thick pandan sediment, it will smell more fragrant too
