Chocolate Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 4 Ripe Ambon Bananas (400 gr)
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 50 ml Cooking Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 200 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 20 gr Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 50 gr melted margarine

Toppings

  • Almond Slice to taste
  • Melt Chocolate (Dark Cooking Chocolate) to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix bananas, sugar, cooking oil and eggs, stir with a whisk until bananas are crushed.
  • 2. Enter the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon powder, mix well. Add melted margarine, stir again until smooth.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into a cup, sprinkle with almond slices according to taste.
  • 4. Bake at 180'C 30 minutes until cooked. Don't forget to preheat the oven.
  • 5. Once cooked, remove and decorate with melted chocolate.
