muffin tape eggless

Materials

  • 150 grams of soft cassava tape, puree
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 40 gr sweet thick
  • 50 ml water
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 gr low/medium protein flour
  • 1/2 tsp BPDA
  • 50 gr cheese, grated
  • Topping: to taste cheese, grated

How to make

  • * blender tape, sugar, sweetened condensed, water and salt until smooth.
  • * Pour in a bowl, add oil, stir until smooth / homogeneous. Add grated cheese, mix well.
  • * Finally, add the sifted flour and BPDA, mix quickly as long as it's smooth, don't take too long.
  • * Pour into muffin molds that have been smeared with thin margarine, pour up to 3/4 of the height, sprinkle with grated cheese
  • * Bake in the oven until cooked according to each oven.
