Ingredients

  • 75 gr butter
  • 75 gr margarine
  • (I use butter mix)
  • 20 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 220-240 gr low protein flour
  • 10 gr cornstarch
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 10 gr meises
  • Nutella
  • Homemade pineapple jam, round 4 g

How to make

  • 1. Mixer butter, margarine, garan & powdered sugar 1 minute.
  • 2. Enter the egg yolks, mix well, add the flour, milk powder, cornstarch, mix well for a while. Divide the half, add the meises, mixer or mix well.
  • 3. Roll out the dough with a plastic sheet, print it using a tart no.120.
  • 4. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, for those with jam, add jam immediately, for Nutella, empty first.
  • 5. Bake for 15 minutes at 140C on top and bottom, remove from heat. Squirt Nutella on top.
  • 6. Bake again at 140C for 15 minutes (adjust each oven). For those with jam, you can immediately bake for 30 minutes.
